Wedding Stationery

This project is a little closer to home. Here we have our own wedding stationery. My wife and I wanted to have a rustic feel to the wedding that fitted in with the venue and its surroundings. The day guest invitations were delivered in a box with details written on the tags. Once untied the box reveals the invitation and an RSVP on a bed of straw.

It was great to get the pen and ink out for the lettering. The character illustrations were fun too. Mine was a lot easier to draw as a bald head and stubble is an easy look to achieve. My better half’s had a few more amendments and conversations, as you can imagine!
