The information that we hold is purely to maintain our trading relationship with you or your business. RD3 Creative Ltd will only share data with third parties as part of completing a service, for example to a courier company to enable any order to be despatched. RD3 Creative Ltd will not sell, lease or distribute your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission, or are required by law to do so.

Emails are stored no longer than is necessary to answer your enquiry, provide a quote or service as requested by yourself. Part of our services is the mailing of newsletters and other information. Mailing information is supplied by our customers for the purpose of specific mailings. The data provided is not reused, resold or passed to any third party, and is destroyed or erased once the mailing is complete
