ABOUT RD3

RD3 Creative was formed in 2003 after Creative Director Rob Devereux realised a long-held ambition to start his own design business. The name RD3 was derived from his initials and the fact that Rob is the third son and the year being 2003. This was a seminal year which saw Rob become a father for the first time, losing his own father after a brave fight with MND and founding RD3 Creative.

After studying Art & Design at Loughborough, and spending a few years living in Bristol, Rob came back to his hometown to set up his company offering graphic design and web development in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Rob’s previous experience included working as Creative Manager for a local design agency, but although his natural creativity wasn’t being stretched, the role did enable him to pitch his own ideas to potential clients and the importance of developing trust and understanding through strong communication skills has been etched into RD3’s philosophy.

We never underestimate the very real importance of visiting our clients for face to face briefings, to interact and bounce ideas back and forth. In this electronic age it is all too easy to let other forms of communication take over, but at RD3 we believe that the best results come from real human interaction. After all, we are in the communications game and the spoken word is the oldest and most effective form of communication.

Myself and Rob have a similar backgrounds having both studied Graphic Design at Suffolk College. We were both part of the golden days of Smart Street though our paths didn’t cross until recent years.

I have been working with RD3 on many web based projects. These include on e-commerce, WordPress sites to bespoke sites all built using the WordPress platform. Clients are now tending move their existing websites to WordPress for its easy to use interface. This allows the client to administer their sites with ease.

Your website is an integral part of your business and we understand that our involvement is an investment in that business. We offer consultancy and development services to support or expand your WordPress website.
